A projekt az idegennyelv tanítás és tanulás, IKT- új technológiák-digitális kompetenciák, az oktatási szektor fejlesztése, megújítása, valamint a minőségfejlesztő Intézmények és módszerek témákhoz kapcsolódik. Iskolánkból 11-en vesznek részt a mobilitásban-tanítók, szaktanárok, technikai dolgozók-és intézményünkből további 9 fő segíti a megvalósítást.
Intézményünkben folyó alap óraszámú és emelt szintű idegen nyelvi képzés minőségének fenntartásához és folyamatos fejlesztéséhez a nyelvtanárok szakmai továbbképzése elengedhetetlenül szükséges. Pedagógus módszertani továbbképzésre 3 nyelvtanárt szeretnénk küldeni Írország területére:1 fő alsó tagozatról (kommunikatív nyelvtanítás módszertana,tananyagok fejlesztése, tanulók tanulási elkötelezettségének fejlesztése, a motiváció fenntartása, a 4 nyelvi készség fejlesztése) 1 fő felső tagozatról (IKT, korszerű alkalmazások és programok megismerése, online quizek, „digital storytelling, slideshow és podcast” használata)1 fő munkaközösség vezető (IKT, prezentáció-, filmkészítő-, weboldal és blog szerkesztő applikációk, webquest” alkalmazása, élményszerű tanulás). A tanulmányút során az angol nyelvtanárok országismereti tudása gyarapodik, lehetőségük nyílik autentikus anyagok gyűjtésére önmaguk, valamint az iskolai könyvtár számára. A külföldi továbbképzéseken megismert pedagógusokkal a jövőben szakmai együttműködést, tananyagok átadását kívánjuk megvalósítani.
Iskolánk az oktatási szektor fejlesztése, megújítása területén Magyarországon úttörő munkát végez a Smart Program tabletjeivel, melyhez használt programok és applikációk IKT ismeretet és angol nyelvtudást igényelnek. Pedagógusaink meglévő idegen nyelvi kompetenciáit szeretnénk magasabb szintre juttatni az Erasmus+ program keretén belül. A projekt minden résztvevője folyamatosan képezi magát, a célnyelvi nyelvtanfolyam ezt a folyamatot felgyorsíthatná. A képzésben részt vesznek alsó tagozaton tanító pedagógusok (3 fő), felső tagozaton tanító pedagógusok (3 fő: biológia-kémia, matematika-testnevelés, magyar-történelem), 2 fő technikai dolgozó (iskolatitkár és IKT szakember-rendszergazda). Fontosnak tartjuk, hogy intézményi szervezetünk minden területén olyan szakemberek dolgozzanak, akik aktív szerepet tudnak vállalni innovációinkban és kapcsolataink kiszélesítésében, akár idegen nyelven is.
A projekt résztvevőire a külföldi gondolkodásmód, szellemiség, munkafelfogás, módszertani kultúra közvetlenül hatni fog. Ezzel saját nevelési-oktatási módszertanuk, szemléletmódjuk változik, fejlődik, ami aztán hosszú távon hatva meghatározza a jövőbeni munkájukat is. A módszertani kultúra átalakulása természetesen a tanulókra is hatással lesz, s remélhetőleg egy még eredményesebb tanulási és nyelvtanulási struktúra kiépülését eredményezi. A tapasztalatok beépülnek a mindennapi gyakorlatba, a fenntarthatóság érdekében az iskola alapdokumentumában, a pedagógiai programban is rögzítésre kerül, ezzel megszilárdítva a módszertani fejlődést.
Elsődleges eredményként a nyelvtudás fejlődését, az IKT ismeretek bővítését, nevelési-oktatási módszertani kultúra fejlődését várjuk. Mindezek felhasználásával iskolai innovációként feladatbankot hozunk létre, mely a Smart Tableteken használható tananyagokat tartalmaz. A módszertani fejlődéssel együtt pedig az eredményesebb tantárgyi és idegen nyelvi oktatást, a nagyobb számú tanulói nyelvvizsgákat várjuk el, valamint tanulóink eredményes szereplését az idegen nyelvi kompetenciamérésen. Célunk európai együttműködés elindítása, mellyel hosszú távon tanulóink esélyeit javítjuk továbbtanulásuk folyamán és később társadalmunk hasznos tagjává válnak. A multikulturalizmus jegyében olyan európai értékeket osztunk meg, mely mindannyiunk intézményére és ez által oktatási rendszerére fejlesztően hat.
The topic of our project is connected to teaching and learning foreign languages, ICT –new technologies- digital competencies, improvement and renewal in education, and its content is related to quality developing institutions and methods. 11 members of our staff take part in the mobility: teachers, subject teachers, technical support employees and further 9 people from our school help the project.
The professional methodology courses for foreign language teachers are essential in order to assure and develop the quality of education in our standard and special language classes. We would like to send three English language teachers to methodology training courses to Ireland: one primary school teacher (on the topic of methodology of communicative language teaching, development of educational materials, improvement of students’ commitment towards learning, support motivation, development of 4 language skills), one secondary school teacher (new applications and programs in ICT, usage of online quizzes, digital storytelling, slideshow and podcast), one head of department (on the topic of ICT, presentation, video, website creation/Wiki, blogs applications, webquest usage and joyful learning). During the mobility the cultural knowledge of the English teachers will enrich, they will be able to collect authentic materials for themselves and for the school library. In the future we would like to cooperate with the teachers we met on the courses and we will share our materials with them.
Our school does a pioneer work in the renewal and modernisation of the educational sector in Hungary with Smart Programme tablets. The programmes and application to this technology requires ICT knowledge and usage of English.
We need to develop our teachers’ foreign language competencies in Erasmus+ programme. Each participant in the project has been improving their communicative skills and an intensive language course in the target country would enhance their efficiency. The participants of the language course would be three primary school teachers from different areas, three secondary school teachers (teaching Biology-Chemistry, Mathematics-Physical Education, Hungarian Language and History), two staff members (an administrative coordinator and IT system manager). We consider that it is important to employ experts on every level of our institution who can play active role in innovations and partnerships and not only in Hungarian.
The foreign mentality, attitude, spirituality, methodology will influence the participants directly. Their educational and teaching methodology, mentality will develop and it will determine their future work. The transformation of teaching methodology will influence our students and hopefully it will generate more successful language learning strategy. The experiences will infiltrate into the daily practice, it will be recorded in the school pedagogical program in order to be maintainable and confirm the development.
The primary result will be the development of foreign language competencies, broadening ICT knowledge and improvement of educational methodology. On the basis of this as a school innovation we will create a collection of exercises which contain Smart Tablet teaching materials. The benefit of this progress will be more effective subject teaching and language teaching, more successful exams and our students will pass the foreign language competency test with higher results. Our aim is to start European cooperation to improve our students’ chance of further education. In the long run we want them to become efficient members of our society. Concerning multiculturalism we will share European values which will influence our institution and thus improve the educational system as well.

Iskolánk egyik kiemelt célja a minőségi oktatás fenntartása és permanens fejlesztése. Az intézményünkben folyó alap óraszámú és emelt szintű idegen nyelvi képzés minőségének fenntartásához és folyamatos fejlesztéséhez a nyelvtanárok szakmai továbbképzése elengedhetetlenül szükséges. Iskolánk az oktatási szektor fejlesztése, megújítása területén Magyarországon úttörő munkát végez a Smart Program tabletjeivel, melyhez használt programok és applikációk IKT ismeretet és angol nyelvtudást igényelnek. Ez a pedagógusok nyelvi kompetenciáinak fejlesztésével, új IKT-s eszközök, módszerek megismerésével, valamint a nyelvtanárok módszertanának megújításával érhető el. Mivel a Samsung Programot csak néhány iskola használja, így magyar továbbképzésen nem tudunk részt venni. Ennek érdekében 11 dolgozónk vett részt az Erasmus+ pályázatban-tanítók, szaktanárok és technikai dolgozók.
Nyelvtanáraink a nyelvterületi képzéseken idegen nyelvi kommunikációjukat, kulturális ismereteiket, módszertani jártasságukat fejlesztették. 1 alsó tagozatos nyelvtanító módszertani tanfolyamon sajátított el új módszereket. 2 nyelvtanár eltérő témájú IKT-s továbbképzésen vett részt. A 3 pedagógus munkaközösségi foglakozás keretén belül osztotta meg a megszerzett tudását a többi nyelvtanárral. A tanulmányút során az angol nyelvtanárok országismereti tudása gyarapodott, autentikus anyagok gyűjtöttek önmaguk, valamint az iskolai könyvtár számára. Fontosnak tartjuk, hogy intézményi szervezetünk minden területén olyan szakemberek dolgozzanak, akik aktív szerepet tudnak vállalni innovációinkban és kapcsolataink kiszélesítésében, akár idegen nyelven is.
Ennek érdekében 3 felső tagozatos tanár, 3 alsó tagozatos tanító, az iskolatitkár és a rendszergazda vett részt nyelvtanfolyamon, ami a belső, önerőből támogatott nyelvtanfolyamot egészítette ki. A nyelvtanfolyamok hatására érezhetően megnőtt dolgozóink körében az idegen nyelv tanulása iránti motiváció. A külföldi nyelvtanulás olyan nyelvi szintre juttatta a kollégákat, hogy a jövőben tantárgyuknak megfelelő idegen nyelvi képzésre jelentkezhessenek. A nyelvtanfolyamokon részt vevő pedagógusok a kint szerzett tapasztalataik beépítésével intézményi innovációkba is bekapcsolódnak, egyik ilyen eredmény a közösségi terek létrehozása az iskolában. A pedagógusok az iskola szakmai napján átadták tudásukat a nevelőtestületnek, az elsajátított jó gyakorlatokat a Google Drive-on mindenkivel megosztották.
A tanulmányút után gondolkodásmódunk, módszertani kultúránk fejlődött, sok ismeretet átadtunk egymásnak, mindezekkel az iskola szervezeti bázisa erősödött. Mindez a tanulókra is hatott, ami eredményesebb nyelvtanuláshoz vezetett, a tanulói komplex B1-es nyelvvizsgák száma 4-ről 11-re nőtt. A tapasztalataink beépülnek a mindennapi gyakorlatba, s a fenntarthatóság érdekében az iskola alapdokumentumában, a pedagógiai programban is rögzítésre kerülnek, ezzel megszilárdítva a módszertani fejlődést. A külföldi továbbképzéseken megismert pedagógusok közül többel tartunk munkakapcsolatot, reményeink szerint egy későbbi KA2-s projektben tudunk együtt dolgozni, jelenleg további partnereket keresünk.
Rövid távon a résztvevők nevelési, oktatási kultúrája és nyelvismerete, IKT kompetenciája fejlődött, nyitottabbakká, magabiztosabbá váltak nemzetközi kapcsolataink szélesítése felé, elkötelezettebbekké váltak a nyelvtanulás iránt. Hosszú távon egyre több pedagógus építi be az új IKT módszereket tanóráiba, a tanulók megtanulták az informatikai eszközöket ismeretszerzésre, önképzésre felhasználni. Ennek eredményeként dolgozóink és tanulóink bevonását tervezzük partneriskolai projektekbe, így fejlesztve tovább a módszertani sokszínűséget, idegennyelv-tanulást iskolánkban. A sikeres mobilitások eredménye, hogy növekedett pedagógusaink, iskolai vezetőségünk elkötelezettsége a továbbfejlődés iránt, a jelen pályázati ciklusban 16 KA1-es mobilitást tartalmazó pályázatot nyújtottunk be.
ICT for Improvement and Creativity in Teaching
The topic of our project is connected to teaching and learning foreign languages, ICT –new technologies- digital competencies, improvement and renewal in education, and its content is related to quality developing institutions and methods. One of the major aims of our school is to maintain the quality in the educational system and develop it permanently. The professional methodology courses for foreign language teachers are essential in order to assure and develop the quality of education in our standard and special language classes. Our school does a pioneer work in the renewal and modernisation of the educational sector in Hungary with Smart Programme tablets. The programmes and application to this technology requires ICT knowledge and usage of English. In order to achieve it our teachers need to develop foreign language competencies, know new ICT tools and methods and our language teachers need to renew their methodology. As Samsung School programme is used only by a few schools we cannot take part in Hungarian trainings. 11 members of our staff took part in Erasmus+ mobility: teachers, subject teachers, technical support employees. Our language teachers improved their foreign language communication skills, cultural and methodology knowledge in the target language courses. One primary school language teacher learnt new methods in methodology training. Two language teachers took part in ICT trainings in different topics. The three teachers shared their knowledge in a workshop with the other language teachers. During the mobility the cultural knowledge of the English teachers enriched, they collected authentic materials for themselves and for the school library as well. We consider that it is important to employ experts on every level of our institution who can play active role in innovations and partnerships and not only in Hungarian. To achieve it 3 secondary school teachers, 3 primary school teachers, an administrative coordinator and an IT system manager took part in language courses completing their self-sponsored in-training.After the language courses the motivation towards language learning has increased among teachers. As a result of learning a foreign language abroad our colleagues have higher language competencies so they will be able to take part in trainings connected to their special subjects in the future. The teachers using their experience from the language course created social places as innovations in the school.
Teachers shared their knowledge with other teachers on the Education and Sharing Day of the school, the best practices are shared on Google Drive.
After the courses our mentality and methodology culture improved, we transmitted our knowledge to our colleagues and this way our organization strengthened. These had an influence on students as well and led to a more successful way of language learning. The numbers of B1 language exams in our school changed from 4 to 11 this year. The experiences will infiltrate into the daily practice, it will be recorded in the school pedagogical program in order to be maintainable and confirm the development. We cooperate with some of the teachers having met on the courses and hopefully we will work in a KA2 project in the future, we are looking for further partners now.
In the short run the educational culture and language knowledge, ICT knowledge of our teachers and staff has improved, they have become open and confident towards international partnerships, their commitment towards learning has improved. In the long run more and more teachers use ICT methods in their lessons, students have learnt how to use ICT tools for getting knowledge and self-studying. As a result we plan to involve our colleagues and the students into partner school projects to promote methodological variety and language learning in our school.The result of the successful mobility is the improved commitment of the teachers and leaders to development. This year 16 colleagues have applied for a new KA1 project.
